The 6.5 litre smart chafer is a unique item for Front of House serving. The lid closes on its own weight, a glass top is combined to allow you to see the product. The unit is designed so the condense goes back into the water chamber and not into the food. The unit also will work on an induction hob, electric magnetic heaters, or conventional chafer fuel. Ancillaries are: spoon rest, cradle, and different types of pans and porcelain dishes that are required.
Another feature is that the top section will lift straight off for ease of cleaning.
You put the six of these units in the centre of the table, and you have a wonderful hot food display.
